Fourth walling: Ask before doing so, unless you're Deadpool, in which case he'll just assume you're insane. Again.
Thread hopping : Usually fine, but please ask first.
Content warnings and sensitive subjects: I'm fine with having characters discuss topics of suicide as long as there's a warning, but I most definitely do not want to play out a suicide plot. I'm also not a fan of non-con or anything like that. Mentions of it are fine, but I will not play out a non-con/rape plot
Anything else: no.

Physical affection: Go for it. He has no problems with it!
Romance: Yes. He should be assumed he's going to flirt in some way.
Violence: Yes, absolutely
Injuries : I'd prefer to discuss before something happens
Death: Death is possible, but it should be something we plot
Telepathy and mind-reading: It should be noted other telepaths in his canon have described his mind as full of static. That doesn't mean thoughts can't get through, but they do make his more difficult to read.
Content warnings and sensitive subjects related to the character: Violence, racial injustice, orphanism, illegal activities, genocide, alcohol use, death
